Abstract
The objective of this study examines the effect of product value, brand image and distribution of products toward consumer perception on “Mie Sedaap” products in Surabaya. It’s very important because perception of consumer determines buying behavior. Research is designed by survey design and involve 90 consumers who are taken by nonprobability sampling methods. Data were collected by means of questionnaires that have been examined the validity and reliability. The results using multiple regression analysis found that the value of the product significantly influence consumer perceptions, influence brand image also significantly influence consumer perception but the distribution of products not significant effect on consumer perception. Based on this results it means that the company should improve the value of product and brand image for improcing consumer perceptions.
