Abstract
In the current era of technology today, activities in Indonesia became more complex. People are starting required to complete a kind of activities such as business, education, and entertainment. To support these activities, people oriented in several electronic devices such as cell phones, computers, tablets, and laptops. Laptops become one of the main tools that are essential to help resolve these activities. Therefore, the laptop industry competition becomes more intense in Indonesia as well as the strategies needed to increase sales on the company laptop. This study aims to analyze the relationship of Awareness, Trust, and Intention toward purchase intention of Acer Laptops in Surabaya. The sample in this study was 100 respondents to the questionnaire as a research instrument and the data processed using SPSS 20.0. Partially and simultaneously, Awareness, Trust, and Brand Personality have positive and significant impact toward Purchase Intention.
