Abstract
The development of banking sector plays an important role to support the economic growth and the state of prosperity. Operasionally, the banking serves a funding such savings and loans such credit. In this student's final project, the research has been conducted in Bank Jatim Branch Office Gresik which focuses on the discussion of one of the bank's products, Hajj savings as the subjects of research in this final project. The discussion about the Hajj savings procedure starts from account open account procedure, deposit (requires the minimum of the total of deposit), the calculation of interest by 1%, payment, get the portion number of Hajj, until closing of Hajj savings account. It also includes in this research about the discussion of the obstacles and the alternative which happens in implementation of Hajj savings. The result of the research showed that by discussing the Hajj savings it is expected to give the perception and knowledge, and also makes the customers of Hajj savings more and easy to understand about the procedures of the Hajj savings implementation especially in Bank Jatim Branch Office Gresik.
