Abstract
Along with the globalization and the development of Indonesia's economy, the public is increasingly critical to the fulfillment of their needs. This led the company more competitive in competin. Competition in the banking industry could trigger the company to improve product quality, price and service in order to increase their sales turnover. The increase in sales or increase the numbers of customers are highly influenced by the provision of optimal service because it can give satisfaction to the customer. Therefore, is this thesis has the aim to determine the procedures for implementing the savings Britama. Bank Rakyat Indonesia offices Lamongan have some savings products. One of which is the flagship deposit products Britama, which is a type of public savings in Bank Rakyat Indonesia remittance can be made at anytime as well as the frequency of uptake is not restricted along balances sufficient. Besides this type of savings also provide a variety of facilities supported by the ease with e-banking and online real-time system that will allow customers to transact anytime and anywhere.
