Abstract
Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Waru Sidoarjo Branch Office is a government-owned bank. BRI is a business in the field of services, fund products owned BRI Branch Waru among others, savings, demand deposits and deposits. Products of savings funds are third party funds in banks withdrawals may be made at any time with terms and conditions stipulated by each Bank. This writing aims to determine the provisions and obtain information that must be met in the procedure of opening a savings account and know the advantages and barriers to savings Edition of Young Children at PT. BRI Branch WaruSidoarjo. And knowing the effort or how to increase interest of Edition of Youngster product at PT. BRI Branch Waru. This research is done by interviewing to Customer Service, as well as data collection to support this research. From the observation result can be seen some of the requirements for opening savings accounts of young people's editions, among others: prospective customers aged at least 17 years and maximum 35 years old, complete a copy of identity, fill out the savings account opening form and make a minimum initial deposit of Rp 100.000, -. The opening of saving account of youth edition will be handled by Customer Service done by customer for the first time, then Customer Service will give account opening form and explain to customer, then Customer Service will input customer data and submit passbook to customer.
