Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Security, and Trust on Behavioral Intention among Gojek application users. The research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The data used are primary data obtained through online questionnaire distribution using Google Form to respondents who are Gojek application users in Surabaya. The sampling technique used nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results show that Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Security, and Trust influence Behavioral Intention among Gojek application users. These findings indicate that perceived usefulness, perceived security, and user trust are important factors influencing users' intention to use the Gojek application
