Abstract
Economic growth is a measure of economic development success, and this growth is an indicator of the development's success. In the perspective of Islamic economics, some factors influence economic growth, namely the distribution of zakat, infaq, alms (ZIS) funds. The distribution of ZIS funds can be a driver of economic growth. The purpose of this study was to determine the transparency of financial statements, ZIS management, and managerial attitudes that influence donor trust. The subject of research by donors at the amil Zakat Mandiri institution in Surabaya. This study used 230 respondents. The results of this study explain that the financial statement transparency variable, ZIS management has no significant effect on the donor trust variable and the manager’s attitude variabel has a significant effect on the donor’s trust.
