Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of promotion, service quality and brand image on customer satisfaction at Go-Jek transportation services in Surabaya, the sample in this study was the use of go-food services in Go-Jek who live in the Surabaya area using purposive sampling technique. Sampling, data collection techniques in this study were carried out by distributing questionnaires online using googleform. The data analysis technique in this study uses smartpls 3 and the results of this study prove that promotion and service quality have a significant effect on brand image and promotion and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction and brand image has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and brand image is able to mediate the effect of promotion and service quality to customers significantly Keywords: Promotion, service quality, brand image, customer satisfaction
