Abstract
This study aims to examine the effects of age, income level and attitude on life insurance purchasing decisions with the intention as a mediating variable. The sample of this study consisted of 188 respondents. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling and purposive sampling. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling in PLS (Partial Least Square). The result of this study indicate that age has a significant positive effect on life insurance decision, attitude has a significant positive effect on life insurance decisions and intention can mediating attitudes partially on lifr insurance purchase decisions.
