Abstract

This study aims to test Product Knowledge, Health Awareness, Environmental Awareness of Purchase Intentions by mediating Consumer Attitudes in Purchasing Organic Lettuce Vegetables in Surabaya. The population in this study are consumers who will buy organic lettuce vegetables in Surabaya. This type of research uses a validity test and a reliability test. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Product knowledge influences consumer attitudes 2) Health awareness influences consumer attitudes 3) Environmental awareness influences consumer attitudes 4) Consumer attitudes influence purchase intentions 5) Product knowledge influences purchase intentions with mediating attitudes conusmen 6) Health Awareness influences Purchase Intentions with mediating Attitudes attitudes conusmen 7) Environmental Awareness influences Purchase Intents with mediating consumer Attitudes.
