Abstract

The development needs of the people in the search for financial institutions, especially cooperatives that can provide savings services / loan becomes higher. In this case, people are looking for cooperatives that can provide services such as what they want. The quality of products and services offered now become something that is absolutely to be taken into consideration. Measurements can be done with the implementation of Total Quality Management. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of the application of Total Quality Management on Employee Performance in cooperative Bhakti Artha Swadana East Java. In this study, there are five independent variables that is: focus on members, continual improvement, employee involvement, commitment to quality and reward systems. employee performance as the dependent variable. This research is done at the Bhakti Artha Swadana cooperatives East Java, by distributing questionnaires to 40 employees. The analytical tool used is SPSS 15 with Linear Regression test. The results of this research show, that focus on members, continual improvement, employee involvement and reward systems influence on employee performance. While the commitment to quality has no effect on Employee Performance.
