Abstract
ABTRACT This study aims to analyze the size of the company in consumer goods sector companies. Object of the study were 38 conventional consumer goods companies wich is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2014 to 2018. Company Size in this study was measure by total assets, total sales and total employees. The sample is determined using the Purposive Sampling method. The hypothesis was tested by using statistically descriptive. The result showed that consumer goods company is classified as a medium to upper class company because total annual sales are very high, with the company's ability to prosper employees and fulfill employee rights.
