Abstract
Value of the firm related to the stock price. The higher stock price the higher value of firm. Investor have the perception that the level of success of the company is shown by increasing value of the company showing the performance of the company in the future. This study aimed to examine the effect of profitability, good corporate governance, and corporate social responsibility. The samples in this study are 80 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2018 period. This study used purposive sampling method in determining the sample, descriptive analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis to axamine the effect of independent variabels on the dependent variable. The result of this study indicate that profitability as measured by return on assets significant positif effect to the firm value. Good corporate governance (UDK) has positive effect and not significant to the firm value. Good corporate governance (UDD) has negative and significant to the firm value. Corporate social responsibility has positive and not significant to the firm value. Keywords: Value Of The Firm, Profitability, Good Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility.
