Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of management morality, salary satisfaction, effectiveness of internal control and organizational ethical culture on tendency of accounting fraud. This research uses respondents consisting of head and accounting staff of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Mojokerto Regency. The research method used is descriptive research with sensus sampling. Data was collated by distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and using SPSS test version 23. The results of the research showed that salary satisfaction and effectiveness of internal control significant effect on the tendency of accounting fraud while management morality and organizational ethical culture do not significant effect on the tendency of accounting fraud.
