Abstract
The growth of the capital market in Indonesia every year has increased quite rapidly. Prospective investors can use the stock price as a reference to obtain information about the trends of a stock so that it can be used to assess the investment potential of a company. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of financial performance, sales growth, dividend policy and funding decisions on stock prices. This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The sample determination method used was purposive sampling with the criteria of manufacturing companies distributing dividends and not doing corporate actions in the form of a stock split for the 2014-2018 period so as to obtain a sample of 238 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on research results, it is known that financial performance and funding decisions affect stock prices. Sales growth and dividend policy do not affect stock prices. Key Words: Financial Performance, Sales Growth, Dividend Policy and Funding Decisions.
