Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the extent of the effect of convenience, customers trust in the continuance intention by moderating religiosity in Go-Pay services. This research methodology used one hundred thirty (130) respondents collected through questionnaires in the Surabaya and Sidoarjo Region. Respondents' responses were analyzed using WarpPLS 6.0. Analiis results indicate that convenience has a significant positive effect on continuance intention and trust has a significant positive effect on continuance intention. The role of moderating religiosity has a significant positive effect between the relationship of trust and continuance intention. The practical implication of this research is for Go-Pay companies to develop their strategies in the future, especially as an evaluation of the performance of Go-Pay services as far as this in financial technology competition and can provide important information to Go-Pay companies to be able to build convenience and trust that has an impact to the continuance intention with religious moderation to increase the use of Go-Pay services.
