Abstract
This study was conducted to examine the effect of privacy and trust on sustainable use with gender moderation. The population in this study were respondents who used Mandiri e-money products. This type of research uses a survey, by distributing as many as 100 questionnaires. The analysis technique used is descriptive test, hypothesis test and mediation effect test. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Privacy influences trust 2) Trust influences sustainable use 3) Gender does not affect Trust and Sustainable Use variables Key Words: Privacy, Trust, Sustainable Use, Gender
