Abstract
Internet very make it easy for access existing services in the site banking. And internet banking could make it easy customers in transact. Aim research this is for give evidence assume influence convenience, benefits, and security to customers adoption BCA internet banking in Surabaya. Design research this use research quantitative with spread questionnaire. amount the sample used in research this is 30 samples small and 79 samples big with a total of 109 samples. Tool The test is used is purposive sampling. Statistical analysis was performed is test validity and test reliability, test assumption classic that is normality test, test multicollinearity, and test outocorrelation. Regression multiple for test hypothesis. Based on results Data analysis research could in conclude that variable convenience and security take effect positive significant to central bank's internet banking adoption asia in Surabaya. while variable benefits take effect positive no significant to central bank's internet banking adoption asia in Surabaya Keywords : Easiness, benefit, internet banking adoption safety
