Abstract

Today's Internet is becoming a daily necessity, people are turning from using cash to non-cash transactions. This study aims to analyze the trust, usefulness, ease of use adoption of internet banking, analyze the ease of attitude and influence attitude toward adoption of internet banking of Bank Mandiri in Surabaya. The design of this study used quantitative research by spreading the questionnaire. The number of samples used in this study were 30 small samples and 100 large samples with a total of 130 samples. The test equipment used is WarpPLS. Based on the results of data analysis with research it can be concluded that the ease of use and usefulness variables have positive but not significant impact on the adoption of internet banking Bank Mandiri in Surabaya. Trust has a significant positive impact on the adoption of internet banking Bank Mandiri in Surabaya. The ease of significant positive impact on internet banking adoption is mediated by attitudes at Bank Mandiri in Surabaya. The attitude of using internet banking has a significant positive effect on Bank Mandiri internet banking adoption in Surabaya.
