Abstract

The company has a long-term goal, namely to maximize shareholder prosperity. Maximizing the prosperity of these shareholders to determine the effect of profitability, leverage and cash flows on the value of the company in real estate and property companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2016.The method of determining the sample by puprosive sampling method. With several criteria that have been determined, the number of samples is 86 real estate and property companies. Research data is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2016. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) profitability does affects the stock return and is significant, 2) leverage affect the value of the company, 3) operational cash flow does not affect the value of the company, 4) investation cash flow does not affect the value of the company, and 5) funding cash flow does affect the value of the company.
