Abstract
One of electronic banking media which provided by bank is internet banking. Internet banking is provided to simplify the customers do banking transactions quickly and efficiently. This research aims to analyze the influence of ease of use, risk, and service features against the customer’s decision using Bank Mandiri internet banking in Surabaya. The sample used in this study are customers Bank Mandiri internet banking clients in the Surabaya city. The number of samples that used as many as 80 respondents obtained through offline questionnaire and use the techniques of purposive sampling. Analysis tool used was SPSS program 21.0 for Windows. The results of the research show that a variable positive effect significant ease of use of decision of use, the risk of significant positive has no effect against the decision of use, service features of significant positive effect against the decision of use.
