Abstract
ABSTRACT The use of the Internet is currently used not only to search for information but also for business or online transactions. Banking as a service industry that provides various transactions also utilizes the internet. Internet Banking which is a service issued by banks to be able to meet a variety of needs, in addition to several factors such as competitive costs and the use of technology in the current competition makes Internet Banking a product that can be considered. The quality of services in internet banking is one thing that is considered by banks in order to meet the expected needs. This study also analyzes the existing Accounting Information Systems in banking. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The purpose of this study is to measure Accounting Information Systems, Technology Utilization, and Service Quality in Internet Banking at Maybank Tuban. This research was conducted at Bank Maybank in Tuban Branch by conducting interviews with Bank Maybank staff related to Internet Banking. The results showed Maybank Tuban's Internet Banking Accounting Information System has met the specified standards. Then the utilization of Maybank Tuban's Internet Banking Technology has been carried out well, including in the provision of information. The quality of services in Internet Banking meets the needs of the competition and also the service.
