Abstract

The study aims to determine to effect of brand image, quality, sales promotion and advertising on purchasing decision of Toyota Avanza in Surabaya. The sampling technique used in this study use purposive sampling. Techniques in collecting data using questionnaires by distributing 140 questionnaires distributing in the area of Surabaya. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis supported by SPSS 16. Independent Variabel is brand image, quality, sales promotion, advertising. And the dependent variabel is a purchasing decision. The results of this study are quality and advertising have a positive and significant influence on the purchase decision of Toyota Avanza in Surabaya.
