Abstract
THE EFFECT OF FREE CASH FLOW, COLLATERALIZABLE ASSETS, COMPANY GROWTH AND LEVERAGE OF DIVIDEND POLICY IN MANUFACTURING COMPANIES LISTED ON BEI Aisyah Izdihar Aviani 2015310489 STIE Perbanas Surabaya Email: 2015310489@students.perbanas.ac.id ABSTRACT The purpose of this research was to determine to the effect free cash flow, collateralizable assets, growth, and leverage to dividend policy. This research was performed on manufacture companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during 2014-2018. The number of samples taken is 50 companies. The sampling method in this research using purposive sampling and the research using SEM-PLS analysis. The result of this research show that (1) free cash flow has no significant effect on dividend policy (2) collateralizable assets has no significant effect on dividend policy (3) growth has no significant effect on dividend policy (4) leverage has negative effect on dividend policy.
