Abstract
The discussion in this research is the problem of consumer buying intention in Mie Samyang that decreased sales. This research was aimed to empirically examine the effect of price perceptions, product quality and Islamic simbols on consumer buying intention in Mie Samyang. This analysis uses independent variables, namely the perception of price, product quality and Islamic simbols. The dependent variable is consumer buying intention in Mie Samyang. The sample in this research was conducted by distributing 80 questionnaires distributed to respondents. The sampling method was purposive sampling and Muslim student respondents in the city of Surabaya. The analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and statistical analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques in WarpPlS 6.0. The results of this research show that perceptions of price, product quality and simbol of Islam influence consumer buying intention in Mie Samyang in Surabaya.
