Abstract
This study aims to examine the the influence of Islamic work ethics and religiousity towards the job performance of Muslim employee in Surabaya. This research was conducted in Surabaya city. The statistical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The sample technique used purposive sampling. The number of sample are 112 respondents which taken from employees who are Muslims and work for over minimum two years. This study used questionnaires measured using likert scale from one to five and analyzed using SPSS v.20 statistical tool. The result of this study shows that Islamic work ethics and religiousity has a positive significant effect towards the job performance of Muslim employee in Surabaya.
