Abstract

This research aims to know how the influence of Leadership Style, Work-Discipline, Job Satisfaction, and Work Motivation on Employees Performance of Government in Surabaya City. The population are the City Development Planning Agency (Bappeko) Surabaya. The sampel of this research was 50 employeesof the City Development Planning Agency (Bappeko) Surabaya. The data is primary data using questionnaires. Processing data is using software SPSS 16.0 with multiple regression analysis of data with the F-test, R2-test (Coefficient of Determination) and T-test. The result of this research indicate (1) Leadership Style not affect the Employee Performance of the City Development Planning Agency (Bappeko) Surabaya. (2) Work Discipline has an affect the Employee Peformance of the City Development Planning Agency (Bappeko) Surabaya. (3) Job Satisfaction not affect the Employee Performance of the City Development Planning Agency (Bappeko) Surabaya (4) Work Motivation has an affect on the Employee Performance of the City Development Planning Agency (Bappeko) Surabaya. Simultaneously, Leadership Style, Work-Discipline, Job Satisfaction, and Work Motivation has an affect on the Employee Performance of the City Development Planning Agency (Bappeko) Surabaya.
