Abstract

The study aims to examine the influence of perceived usefulness and perceived easy to use on behavioral intention of e-filing facilities by individual taxpayers simultaneously and partially. The variables which are used in this research is dependent variabel that is behavioral intention e-filing facilities while independent variable is perceived usefulness and perceived easy to use. Data used in this research is primary data by using questionaire. Respondent is fourty which consist of lecturers and employee in STIE Perbanas Surabaya. Sample collection methods used in this research was purposive sampling. To analyze how independent variables influence dependen variable, this study used multiple linear regression analysis in SPSS 16.0 for Windows. Keywords : Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) , perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, e-filing system, taxpayers.
