Abstract
In economic growth a country needs one of indicator that can determine economic growth level, that is bank. Because all of people in the world already have savings account in a bank. The purpose of this research is to know the procedure how to open Si Cerdas savings account of Y Bank until the obstacle for the customer. The result of this research are knowing opening procedure, how to use, closing and the obstacle that customer Si Cerdas savings account of Y Bank will face it. Keywords : Procedure, Savings
