Abstract
The objectives to be achieved in this research, namely to analyze the significance of the influence of brand image, sales promotion, advertising, and personal sales have a significant positive influence on the decision to use credit card Bank Mega. The population in this research is credit card customers of Bank Mega in Surabaya. Samples were taken and selected from population using purposive sampling method. The technique used in this data is non probability technique or non random sampling technique. The minimum sample for this study was 78, but the researchers used 110 samples for more accurate results. Statistical analysis technique using regression analysis with path analysis through SPSS 19 for windows program. The results of the analysis can conclude that brand image, sales promotion, advertising and personal sales have a significant and positive influence on the decision to use credit card Bank Mega in Surabaya.
