Abstract
The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the effects of organizational citizenship behavior, organizational justice, external motives toward customer citizenship behavior in Giant Hypermarket Sun City Sidoarjo. This research used primary data with survey method and questionnaires. This research involved 123 customers in Giant Hypermarket Sun City Sidoarjo. In this research, the dependent variable was customer citizenship behavior, and the independent variable were used organizational citizenship behavior, organizational justice, and external motives. The result of Warp PLS 4.0 suggested that organizational Citizenship Behavior has not significant effect toward customer citizenship behavior, while the organizational justice and external motives have a significant effect toward customer citizenship behavior.
