Abstract
This research aims to know the influence of profitability (roe), likuidity (the ratio of cash), and leverage (der) for the dividend policy in the Indonesia stock exchange. Research data have been obtained from the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange 2013-2017. Analysis has been conducted using multiple linear regression analysis, F test and t test. Based on the results of the F test shows that the variable profitability, likuidity, and the leverage effect simultaneously against the dividend policy. The coefficient of multiple determination (R ²) is 34%. This suggests that the influence of the percentage of profitability, liquidity, and leverage against the dividend policy is 34%. Meanwhile the remaining 66% is affected by other factors that are not included in the study. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the profitability, positive significant effect against the likuidity dividend policy and leverage the significant negative effect against the dividend policy.
