Abstract
Industrial era is more competitive, make every bussines people want to winning the competition on world of industrial will give full attention to quality. The full attention on quality will give positive impact to business through to two ways : impact on production cost and impact on efficiency . The application with total quality management can be solution for increase the productivity and efficiency on activity. How to implementation total quality management on pesantren sugar manufactur to productivity and efficiency activity will answered from result of this research. Sample of research is 100 employee who in Pesantren Kediri sugar manufactur enviroment. Result of analiyze showed that have significant impact about total quality management to productivity and efficiency activity in Sugar Manufacturing Pesantren Kediri. The greather influence has take to total quality mangement, to efficiency be compered to productivity. The result based on R2 value obtained of 47,7 % on efficiency and 43,1 % productivity. Keywords : Total Quality Management, Efficiency, and Productivity.
