Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find the factors that determine satisfaction of S1 accounting student in order to access KRS Online information system at STIE Perbanas Surabaya and hopefully the result can be useful to whom it concerned. This research uses primary data and the sample is taken from S1 accounting student at STIE Perbanas Surabaya class of 2008-2010. The questionnaire that can be processed is 207 copies from the total of 210 copies that had been spread. The data is achieved by spreading the questionnaire with personal survey or the researcher visits the respondents directly to make sure that the questionnaire has been given. The method of data selection for this research is using purposive judgements sampling. This research is also using factor analysis with the help of SPSS 19 program. The results of this research show that the factor of content, format, accuracy, timeliness, ease of use, security and privacy, and speed of platform response determine the satisfaction of S1 accounting students in order to use KRS Online information system at STIE Perbanas Surabaya. Another factor is also found such as internet and disruption factor. Keywords: KRS Online, user satisfaction, EUCS, security and privacy, speed of platform response
