Abstract
This research aims to describe factors of information technology, includes utilization of information technology, ease of information technology, task-technology fit, long-term consequences, facilitating conditions, and reliance on information technology systems on undergraduate accounting student’s individual performance in STIE Perbanas Surabaya. Sample consists of 178 respondents from total questionnaire of 185. Data collection method is survey. Instruments used in this research have met validity and reliability criteria and has passed multicolinearity tests. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression tests. Based on the analysis, it is found that utilization of information technology and task-technology fit have positive impacts and significantly influencing the individual performance. Ease of information technology, long-term consequences, and reliance on information technology systems provide positive impacts, but not significant; while facilitating conditions has negative and insignificant impact on the individual perfomance. This result implies to increase accounting student’s individual performance, we have to consider information technology factors in learning process.
