Abstract
This study aimed to examine the effect of trust, ease of use and exp erience to drive customers to use Internet Banking BRI bank in Surabaya. This research is classified in the form of quantitative research. Methods of collecting data in this study using a survey. Regression analyzes were used in testing the independent var iable on the dependent variable in this study. Respondents in this study is the BRI customers who use internet banking, is in the Surabaya region. This study uses the respondents as many as 100 customers who use internet banking at the bank BRI and spread randomly. The analysis of this study showed that trust, ease of use and experience affect the customers' interest in using internet banking BRI bank in Surabaya. This shows that there are still many customers who are already interested in using internet ba nking and profits in the get. Can be viewed based on the use of internet banking at Bank BRI which each year has increased quite high. Keyword : TRUST, EASE OF USE AND EXPERIENCE
