Abstract
This study assessing the effect of marketing mix strategy against perceived value and impact on satisfaction, loyalty efforts on recycling Raharjo plastic in Surabaya. Sampling technique used is probability sampling. The data collection method using questionnaires distributed to 5 8 respondents Surabaya. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, classification assumption test and simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 16.0. The independent variables used in this study are marketing mix strategy while the dependent variabl e is perceived value, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty. The result showed that marketing mix strategy against perceived value, perceived value to cus tomer satisfaction and customer satisfaction were positive significant effect on customer loyalty Ra harjo plastic in Surabaya.
