Abstract
The capital structure is comparison between the use of internal capital and external capital. To find out what may affect the capital structure to consider several factors such as business risk, asset structure, growth opportunity, and dividend payout ratio. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of business risk, asset structure, growth opportunity, and dividend payout ratio on capital structure. The study objects used is Various Industrial Sectors in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2015. This study used a purposive sampling technique in determining the sample study. The number of companies chosen as the sample in 49 company of 186 companies registered in various industrial sectors. Data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis showed that growth opportunity significantly and positively related to capital structure while business risk, asset structure, and dividend payout ratio has no significant effect on capital structure.
