Abstract
The company did go public to increase the company's funds in expanding. The process to become a go public companies beginning in the process of stock offerings in the primary market (Initial Public Offering) and then after that it enters in the secondary market. Generally, there is a difference of stock prices in the primary market with in the secondary market. If conditions show that share’s price at primary market was to low than first day of secondary market then going underpricing. This study aimed to analyse influence of the financial and non financial information to underpricing at company when IPO in Indonesian Stock Exchange During 2011-2015. Financial and non-financial information is the age of the firm, firm size, profitability, financial leverage, and the reputation of the underwriter. The result of multiple regression model for this study indicates that firm size has a significant effect on underpricing, while age of the firm, profitability, financial leverage, and reputation of the underwriter has no effect on underpricing.
