Abstract
The company was builded to maximizing the wealth of their owner or their stakeholders. The company’s goal can be achieved by maximizing the firm value. The firm value is very important because the higher is the firm value, the higher is the wealth of the company’s owner. The purpose of this research is to find out the impact of some variables such as Capital Structure’s, Growth of Sales, ROA, and Firm Size effect to Firm Value on retail sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2015 as the period of observation. Sampling method with purposive sampling method, using Linear Regression Analysis as the Analysis technique and 11 companies were used as sample. The result showed that : capital structure has impact on firm value, ROA has impact on firm value, growth of sales has not impact on firm value, and firm size has not impact on firm value. Keywords: Capital Structure, Growth of Sales, Return on Assets (ROA), Firm Size and Firm Value.
