Abstract
This study aimed to examine the effect of investment decision, financing decision, dividend policy, firm size and interest rate on firm value of transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2015. Firm value (PBV) is a dependent variable, while investment decision (PER), financing decision (DER), dividend policy (DPR), firm size (SIZE) and interest rate (SB) are independent variable. The method of sample determination are used in this research is purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 52 financial statements. The method of analysis the hypothesis in this study using multiple regression analysis. The result showed that investment decision, financing decision, dividend policy, and interest rate is significant effect on firm value. From this study, only firm size is not significant effect on firm value.
