Abstract
This study aimed to examine the effect of financial performance and market performance to corporate value. The sampel in this study are 15 companies go public listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2010-2014 period. The results of this study show that the partial DER (X1) have not significant negative effect on the value of the company, while the NPM variables (X2) significant positive effect on the value of the company and EPS (X3) also insignificant negative effect on the value of the company. Simultaneously DER, NPM and EPS significantly influence the value of the company. It is supported with determination coefficient of 25,8% influenced by DER, NPM and EPSAnd the remaining 74,2% is influenced by other variable’s outside variabel’s of this study. Key Words : Debt To Equity Ratio (DER , Net Profit Margin (NPM), Earning PerShare(EPS) ,Company Value (PBV).
