Abstract
Bank Muamalat Indonesia is the first commercial bank in Indonesia that apply Islamic sharia principles in conducting its operation. Established in the year one thousand nine hundred and ninety-one initiated.Savings from the implementation of the appointment title in PT.Bank Muamalat IB cash office Manukan Surabaya problems can be formulated as follows : (1) what are the terms and conditions in the IB savings bank cash office Muamalat Manukan, (2) how the implementation procedure IB savings in bank cash office Muamalat Manukan.In solving the problems associated problems the author uses two methods of observation and survey.This study concludes that the savings IB is one product available funding using wadiah principle or the trust and mudaraba or for results. Withdrawal of these savings can be made through this ATM, saving rupiah denominated with monthly revenue sharing equipped with internet banking and iphone banking twenty-four hours and can be used also for the payment of zakat, infaq, automatically sadaqa.IB savings calculation method that can be used there are two mudaraba and deposits. Mudaraba here using the system for results while wadiah only and no funds entrusted to the result. Keywords : Islamic Bank Financing, Housing Mortgage
