Abstract
Financial service industy become more competitive. This condition not only because emergence of new financial service, but also trigged by presence of sharia- based financial service and growing more passionate. Shariah bank with islam concept actually becomes competitors that can not be underestimated by conventional banks. The purpose of the present study was to describe the relationship shariah principles adherence, religious commitment and trust of loyalty on bank shariah in Surabaya. Responden were islamic bank’s customers domiciled in Surabaya. A predetermined number of samples were taken by the use of a simple random sampling technique. Analysis was performed using the SPSS 20. Result indicated that shariah principles adherence, religious commitments of shariah banking jointly had significant effects on customer loyalty. Trust had no direct and indirect effect on customer loyalty. Keywords: Shariah Principles adherence, Religious Commitments and Trust of Costumer loyalty
