Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing purchase intention among Generation Z in the use of food delivery applications, focusing on the roles of attitude, perceived service quality, perceived usefulness and trust. Data were ccollected through an online survey of 200 Generation Z respondents aged 18-26 who had used food delivery applications within the past three months. Results from partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) using WarpPLS indicate that attitude has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. In addition, perceived service quality and perceived usefulness significantly influence trust, which in turn positively affects purchase intention. These findings underscore the importance for service providers to deliver reliable service quality, ensure application usefulness and ease of use, and build customer trust to enchance loyalty among Generation Z users. This study contributes to the growing literature on consumer behavior in digital platforms, by providing insights into the determinants of online purchase intention in the food delivery sector. Keywords: Attitude, Perceived Service Quality, Perceived Usefulness of Online Reviews, Trust, Purchase Intention, Generation Z
