Abstract
Briguna works are loans to prospective borrowers with resources derived from fixed income payment received per month. Payroll bri means payroll prospective debtors through BRI. Briguna works can be used for consumptive and productive purposes such as buying a house, a vehicle, the cost of education, open a business, and others. Briguna work of a long-term loan with a maximum term of 15 years (180 months). Briguna refund form works with total installments paid every month until the credit period is completed. Collecting source data used is primary data obtained from the banks and secondary data obtained from reference books. The data collection was done by direct observation at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Pahlawan Surabaya and interviewed the employee's part Briguna. Results of this observation is to know the terms and conditions of credit application, credit application procedures Briguna work, the calculation method applied BRI installments, loan repayment procedures, as well as obstacles and solutions. Based on the observations it can be concluded that the procedures for granting works briguna credit payroll BRI at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Pahlawan Surabaya consists of several phases: credit application, check the completeness of the file, credit analysis, verification, credit decision, the loan agreement, dropping credit, credit monitoring and credit repayment. Repayment Briguna payroll works Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Pahlawan Surabaya there are two kinds of advanced repayment and repayment in accordance period.
