Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of Consumer Trust, Price, and Consumer Satisfaction on Consumer Loyalty during the Covid19 pandemic at Suramadu Depot, Surabaya City. The research methodology in this study used 147 samples collected through questionnaires and disseminated through social media. Respondents' responses were analyzed by descriptive analysis using SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that consumer satisfaction had a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty, but consumer confidence and price did not have a significant effect on consumer loyalty. The implication of the study from this study is to develop a strategy that suramadu Depot will use during the Covid19 pandemic, especially in improving performance in the face of competence in the current food industry by building consumer confidence and good prices so as to improve their quality.
