Abstract
Nowadays, along with the development of world economic growth had resulted in an increasing tight competition in the business world. Therefore, the company needs a long-term strategy so that business can keep going and also gain maximum profit. One of his strategy that can be done by small and medium enterprises industry is applying a swot analysis. The purpose of this research is for marketing strategy of analysis using swot analysis to describes how to batik Al-Warits Madura Bangkalan Profiles, using design research and qualitative methods unit of observable used in this research is a marketing strategy and swot analysis. This research using interviews where test results is show that combination marketing strategies and swot analysis are Uniqueness, Partnership, Price and Exhibition.
