Abstract

This study aims to analyze The Influence Of Cultural Factors, Social Factors, Personal Factors, And Psychological Factors Decision Against Credit Card Purchase In Supermarket. XXX Surabaya. Credit card is one form of payment instrument in the sale and purchase transactions of goods / services in addition in the form of money and checks. Credit card financing is preceded by an agreement, with the credit card holder obtaining a loan from a credit card issuer (bank / finance company). In accordance with the characteristics of the population, then in this study the number of samples used is 100 people in each research object. This research uses quantitative approach by using primary data obtained through the spreading of questionnaires to the research respondents. While the data analysis in this study was conducted by the method of Non Probability Sampling with the help of computer program SPSS. From the results of hypothesis testing research known that Culture Factor, Social Factors, Personal Factors and Psychological Factors simultaneously and partially significant effect on purchasing decision using credit card in Supermarket. XXX Surabaya. keyword : Cultural factors, Social factors, Personal factors, Psychological factors and purchasing decisions
