Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of The Role Of Gender on Relation Between Product Factors, Satisfaction and Loyalty in Oppo’s Smartphone Brand. This reseach methodology used130 student respondents collected through distributing questionnaries in the Gerbangkertasusila region. The sampling methods used were by sampling Non Probability Sampling, namely Purposive Sampling technique. Respondents responses were analysed using descriptive analysis through the SPSS 16.0 program and statistical analysis through WarpPLS 6.0.The results of the analysis show that Product Factors have a positive effect on satisfaction and satisfaction positiveeffect on loyalty. The moderating role of Gender does not affect the stronger or weaker effect of the direct effort between Product Factorson Satisfaction. Key Words : faktor product,satisfaction, loyalty, gender
